HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Mesa Minerals Partners, LLC (“Mesa”) is pleased to announce it has raised a new equity commitment from NGP Royalty Partners III, L.P. to form Mesa Royalties IV Holdings, LLC (“Mesa IV”).
