HOUSTON & MIDLAND, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) (“Kinetik” or the “Company”) has declared a cash dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2024. The announced quarterly dividend will be paid on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 to shareholders of record as of market close on Monday, February 3, 2025.
Kinetik will host its fourth quarter 2024 results conference call on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 8:00 am Central Standard Time (9:00 am Eastern Standard Time) to discuss fourth quarter results. The Company will issue its earnings release after market close on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
