NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–White Oak Commercial Finance (“WOCF”), an affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors, announced it has provided a $125 million asset-based revolving credit facility to a US-based energy services company (the “Company”).

WOCF acted as the sole lender in the transaction, committing the full $125 million. The new facility aims to enhance the Company’s financial flexibility and liquidity.
